End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License Grant

TTU grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access TTU content for personal, non-commercial use only.

2. Ownership

All content remains the exclusive intellectual property of TTU.

No ownership rights are granted.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Share or resell content
• Use content commercially
• Share login credentials
• Record, screenshot, or redistribute materials

4. Confidentiality

All TTU content is confidential. Unauthorized disclosure constitutes a material breach.

5. Termination

TTU may revoke this license at any time without notice.

Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

TTU is not liable for damages arising from use of the platform.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
